Dr. Wang will provide appropriate advice to the patient following the initial consultation. Treatment methods and fees will be discussed directly between Dr. Wang and the patient. Please note that Longevity Fertility Centre does not offer direct billing. Payment can be made by cash, Interac, Visa, Debit, E-Transfer, or MasterCard. A properly issued receipt with a government-registered number will be provided after each payment.

Longevity Fertility Centre has a strict no-refund policy for herbal medications, as each formulation is customized to the individual patient’s needs. This policy also applies, without exception, to all other health products and services. The Centre does not deal directly with insurance companies for reimbursement; patients are responsible for managing their own insurance claims.

While Longevity Fertility Centre is committed to providing the best care possible, please understand that Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments are not intended to replace mainstream medical services. The Centre does not guarantee treatment outcomes and enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any verbal abuse, hostile behavior, or defamation (libel or slander) directed at staff members.

If a patient cannot keep a scheduled appointment, they must contact the Centre at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. 

Repeated late arrivals, late cancellations, delayed payments, hostile behavior, or any form of misconduct toward staff members will not be tolerated. The Centre reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a patient’s case at any time should such behavior occur or if deemed necessary by management.
