3. Is there a waiting list?
There is no formal waiting list.
If the clinic reaches full capacity, the next available appointment may be scheduled several weeks or months in advance. We appreciate your patience.
4. Do you accept every patient?
Each case is reviewed to determine whether it is appropriate for TCM care.
If additional medical support is needed, we may recommend collaboration with or referral to another healthcare provider. Your well-being always comes first.
5. How long does fertility treatment take?
Every case is different.
Many fertility concerns require several months of structured care, especially when addressing:

All recommendations are personalized. You are never obligated to proceed with treatment.
6. Do you sell treatment packages?
No.
We do not offer fixed packages. Treatment plans are created individually based on professional assessment.
7. Do you guarantee pregnancy?
No medical provider can guarantee pregnancy or specific outcomes.
Fertility depends on many biological factors. Our role is to support and optimize your health within our professional scope.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a $45 administrative fee.
9. What is your refund policy?
Consultations:
Consultation fees cover professional time, medical record review, and individualized assessment. Once completed, consultation fees are non-refundable.
Formulations:
All formulations are customized and prepared specifically for each patient. Due to their personalized nature, they are non-refundable.
10. Do you offer direct billing?
No, we do not offer direct billing.
11. What is the difference between the different grades of formula?
Both grades use only high-quality concentrated herbal extracts imported from Taiwan, Japan, and Korea.
The difference lies in formulation complexity, ingredient selection, concentration ratios, dosage rate, and clinical potency.
Dr. Wang will recommend the appropriate grade and dosage based on the individual’s condition and treatment goals.
Recommended treatment duration: minimum of 6 months.
12. Do you support patients undergoing IVF or those with PCOS or endometriosis?
Yes.
We frequently support patients who are preparing for or undergoing IVF, as well as individuals diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) or endometriosis.
Our role is to provide integrative fertility care focused on structured assessment, hormonal balance, and individualized treatment planning. Our care is designed to complement your overall medical plan when appropriate.
