Longevity Fertility Centre is by appointment only to ensure every patient receives personalized and dedicated care.

To maintain a high standard of individualized assessment and ongoing patient care, the clinic accepts a limited number of active cases at any given time.

The initial consultation fee is $325 + GST and must be paid in advance to secure your appointment.

This 45–60-minute consultation includes a comprehensive fertility assessment, detailed laboratory review, and a personalized treatment plan. Appointments are available in person or online, and fees apply per individual.

Once payment is received, you will receive a pre-consultation questionnaire and your appointment will be confirmed.
