Yes.
We provide care for patients preparing for or undergoing IVF, as well as individuals with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and other fertility or reproductive health concerns.
Our care is designed to complement your broader medical plan when appropriate. Each recommendation is based on your medical history, laboratory findings, treatment stage, and individual goals.
3. How long does fertility treatment take?
Every patient and fertility journey is different.
Many fertility concerns require several months of consistent care, particularly when addressing factors such as:
- Ovarian reserve
- Irregular menstrual cycles
- Reproductive health concerns
- Underlying health factors
A treatment period of approximately four months is commonly recommended. However, the appropriate duration depends on your condition, fertility goals, and response to care.
All recommendations are personalized, and you are never obligated to proceed with treatment.
4. Do you sell treatment packages?
No.
We do not offer fixed treatment packages. Recommendations are made individually following a professional assessment.
Patients can review the recommended options and associated fees before deciding whether to proceed.
5. What is the difference between the different grades of formula?
All grades use high-quality concentrated herbal extracts imported from Taiwan, Japan, and Korea.
Differences may include:

6. Do you offer direct billing?
No. Longevity Fertility Centre does not offer direct billing.
A properly issued receipt will be provided after payment. Patients are responsible for submitting and managing their own insurance claims.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a $45 fee.
8. What is your refund policy?
Consultations
Consultation fees cover professional time, advance medical-record review, and individualized assessment. Once these services have been provided, consultation fees are non-refundable.
Customized Formulations
All formulations are prepared specifically for the individual patient. Due to their customized nature, they are non-refundable.
9. Do you guarantee pregnancy?
No medical provider can guarantee pregnancy or a specific treatment outcome.
Fertility is influenced by many biological and medical factors. Our role is to provide individualized care within our professional scope while supporting your fertility and reproductive health goals.
10. Is Traditional Chinese Medicine care appropriate for everyone?

When additional medical assessment or support is required, Dr. Wang may recommend that the patient consult or continue working with another qualified healthcare provider.
