Policy

Dr. Wang will provide appropriate advice to the patient following the initial consultation. Treatment methods and fees will be discussed between Dr. Wang and the patient. Please note that Longevity Fertility Centre does not offer direct billing options. Payment can be made via cash, Interac, Visa, Debit, E-Transfer, and MasterCard. A properly written receipt with a government-registered number will be provided after each payment.

Longevity Fertility Centre has a no-refund policy for herbal medications, as each formulation is tailored to the individual patient’s needs. This policy also applies, without exception, to all other health products or services. The centre does not engage with any insurance companies for reimbursement. Patients are responsible for handling their own insurance matters.

While Longevity Fertility Centre is committed to providing the best care possible, it is important to understand that Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments are not intended to replace mainstream medical services. The centre does not guarantee treatment outcomes and maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any verbal abuse or public defamation (libel or slander) against staff members.

If a patient cannot keep a scheduled appointment, they must contact the centre at least 48 hours in advance to either cancel or reschedule. By receiving this notice, the patient acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
