Longevity Fertility Centre provides consultations by appointment to ensure that each patient receives attentive, individualized care.

The 45–60-minute initial consultation is $225 + GST per individual. During your consultation, we will review your fertility concerns, medical history, laboratory results, and relevant diagnostic reports. You will receive a comprehensive fertility assessment and a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Consultations are available in person or online.

Advance payment is required to reserve your appointment. Once payment is received, we will confirm your appointment and send you a pre-consultation questionnaire to help us prepare for your consultation.
